This Shipping & Delivery Policy governs how we handle the delivery of food, beverages, takeaway orders, and any physical products sold via our restaurant.

1. APPLICABILITY

  • Online food orders (via our website or platforms like Zomato/Swiggy)
  • Direct phone takeaway orders
  • Delivery of physical items like gift cards, packaged merchandise, or event-related kits (if offered)

2. DELIVERY AREAS

  • We currently offer delivery within a [X km radius] of our location at Fourth Floor, D-Block Building, SCO-34, Gumtala Sub Urban, Ranjit Avenue, Amritsar, Punjab 143001.
  • Orders beyond this range may be redirected to takeaway/pick-up or rejected based on feasibility.

3. DELIVERY TIMEFRAME

  • Average delivery time: 30–60 minutes, depending on location, order volume, and weather/traffic conditions.
  • During weekends or special events, delivery time may extend; we appreciate your patience and understanding.

4. ORDER PROCESSING

  • Orders are processed immediately after confirmation. Once prepared, they are dispatched via our in-house or partner delivery service.
  • Once dispatched, tracking (if available) will be shared via SMS/WhatsApp/email.

5. SHIPPING CHARGES

  • Delivery charges, if applicable, will be clearly mentioned before order confirmation.
  • Free delivery may be offered above a certain order value or for promotional campaigns.

6. PACKAGING

  • All food items are securely packed to maintain hygiene, temperature, and freshness.
  • Eco-friendly or recyclable packaging is used wherever possible.

7. ORDER CANCELLATION AFTER DISPATCH

  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will be charged in full.
  • If an error occurred on our part (wrong/damaged item), we will issue a refund or re-deliver as applicable.

8. DELIVERY FAILURES

We are not responsible for delivery failures in the following cases:

  • Incorrect/incomplete delivery address provided
  • Recipient unavailable or unreachable
  • Delay caused due to extreme weather, curfews, or other force majeure reasons
