1. CLIENT CANCELLATION

  • More than 30 days before event: 75% refund of the booking amount.
  • 15–30 days before event: 50% refund.
  • Less than 15 days before event: No refund.

2. COMPANY CANCELLATION

  • If we cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.
  • We reserve the right to cancel bookings if false or incomplete information is provided.

3. FORCE MAJEURE

  • No refund shall be applicable if the event is cancelled due to natural calamities, government restrictions, pandemics, or other force majeure events.

4. REFUND TIMELINE

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
