Welcome to Sydney The Rooftop. By visiting, dining, ordering, or using any services at our premises or online platform, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. GENERAL USAGE

  • These terms govern the use of our premises, services, website, and delivery platforms.
  • Entry is permitted subject to compliance with our house rules, dress code, and age restrictions (e.g., for bar access or live events).

2. RESERVATIONS & SEATING

  • Reservations can be made online, via phone, or in person and are subject to availability.
  • Reserved tables will be held for 15 minutes beyond the booking time. After that, it may be released for other guests.
  • Specific table preferences are noted but not guaranteed.

3. ORDERING & SERVICE

  • Food & beverage orders once placed cannot be cancelled or modified during peak hours.
  • Outside food, drinks, or intoxicants are not permitted within the premises.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone violating our code of conduct or appearing intoxicated.

4. PRICING & BILLING

  • All menu prices are inclusive/exclusive of applicable GST as indicated.
  • Service charges, if any, will be clearly mentioned in your bill (as per government notification, payment of service charge is voluntary).
  • Bill-splitting may be allowed at management’s discretion.

5. ALLERGIES & DIETARY RESTRICTIONS

  • While we take care in food preparation, we do not guarantee an allergen-free environment.
  • Customers with food allergies or specific dietary needs must inform the server at the time of ordering.

6. SAFETY & CONDUCT

  • Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward staff and fellow diners.
  • Management reserves the right to remove any guest causing disturbance, engaging in illegal activity, or damaging property.
  • CCTV surveillance is in operation for safety and security.

7. EVENTS & PRIVATE BOOKINGS

  • Event bookings require advance deposits and written confirmation.
  • Event packages may be governed by separate terms communicated during booking.

8. CANCELLATION POLICY (DINING & EVENTS)

  • Restaurant dining: Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours in advance for group reservations.
  • Event bookings: Refer to the event-specific Cancellation & Refund Policy.

9. DELIVERY & TAKEAWAY

  • We offer takeaway and delivery services via our own platform and third-party apps (Zomato, Swiggy, etc.).
  • Order times and delivery slots are subject to availability and may vary due to location, weather, or operational factors.

10. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

  • We are not responsible for lost belongings. Guests are advised to take care of personal items.
  • We shall not be held liable for delays, non-performance, or damages due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • All logos, menus, designs, and content displayed on our website or premises are property of Sydney The Rooftop and may not be reproduced without permission.

12. JURISDICTION

  • Any disputes will be governed by Indian law and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Amritsar, Punjab.
